General Terms of Sale, Service & Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By making a purchase, booking an appointment or registering for a class, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.​

2. Final sale

All sales are final.

No returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations are accepted unless required by applicable law.

3. Nature of items

Some items may be unique, natural, handmade or delivered in non-physical/digital form.

Minor variations are not considered defects.

4. Delivery, access & fulfillment

An order is considered fulfilled once it has been shipped, transmitted or made accessible to the buyer (physically or electronically).

No refunds are issued once delivery or access has been provided.

5. Shipping & postal responsibility

Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, our responsibility ends.

No refund or replacement is issued for loss, delay, damage, theft or non-receipt.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

6. Appointments & classes (Reiki, face yoga or other services)

Bookings are final.

Any modification, rescheduling or cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

After this deadline or in the event of a no-show, no refund or credit is issued.

Bookings are subject to confirmation:

I reserve the right to approve, modify or decline an appointment if it does not align with my availability or the nature of the request.

If I need to cancel or reschedule, an alternative date or equivalent access will be offered.

No additional refund will be due unless no equivalent option can be provided.

7. Buyer responsibility

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate information (address, email, availability).

The buyer confirms they have read the descriptions, policies and instructions before purchasing or booking.

8. Wellness disclaimer

Sessions, courses, products or guidance offered do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, therapy or a substitute for professional healthcare.

They are intended for general well-being and self-exploration.

It remains the buyer’s responsibility to seek medical consultation for any health concern.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, teachings, text, images, recordings, course material or resources provided through this site, its services or products are protected by copyright.

They are supplied for personal use only.

Copying, reproducing, sharing, reselling or distributing these materials for commercial or public use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Using the site or placing an order constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
