Meet Cami

Hi, I’m Cami Hoang — Reiki Master Practitioner, certified Face Yoga Method teacher, devoted food-and-life taster and tester, and mama to two wonderful beings: one tiny human and one small ball of purr.

I discovered Reiki during a tender and difficult season of my life. After becoming a mother, I returned to work feeling depleted — physically, emotionally, spiritually. Chronic symptoms, grief, exhaustion, and inner disconnection became part of my everyday reality.

Reiki marked a true turning point.
It helped me breathe again, soften, and feel alive.
It reminded me that healing can unfold gently, and that support sometimes arrives where we least expect it.

Since then, I’ve continued exploring and integrating gentle healing approaches, including acupressure, Face Yoga, mindful breathwork and emotional energy practices. Transformation is not always dramatic. Sometimes, it emerges through small, intentional acts.

In my everyday life, you’ll often find me experimenting in my kitchen, savoring simple joys, and spotting the first clovers of spring after long Canadian winters. Nourishment, wonder, and slowness mean a lot to me, and I bring this spirit into my sessions and classes.

Whether you’re seeking rest, emotional support, a nervous-system reset, or a deeper connection with yourself, you don’t have go through it alone. Healing doesn't need to be forced. This is a gentle space, respectful of your pace.
