Face Yoga is a holistic practice that blends facial exercises, breathwork, self-massage, and mindful self-connection.

What to expect in a class
During our Zoom classes, we will explore:
Relaxing breathwork
Posture alignment
Targeted facial exercises
Lymphatic drainage & soft sculpting massage
Nervous-system soothing & grounding
Expect to finish feeling uplifted, calm, and deeply nourished — inside and out.
No experience needed. Just bring an open heart, clean hands, and a little moisturizer to nourish your skin before practice.
