There are moments when everything feels like a bit too much.
The mind keeps going, while the body struggles to keep up.

This can show up in different ways: mental fatigue, difficulty slowing down, or simply the need to pause for a moment.

This is often where Reiki comes into my life.

You may have heard about Reiki without really knowing what it is.

Reiki is a gentle practice that supports relaxation, helps reduce stress, and allows the body to return to a natural state of balance.

Sessions are offered remotely, so you can receive Reiki in the comfort of your own space.

It is not about doing or trying to achieve anything, but allowing the body to release and settle in its own rhythm.

For me, Reiki is not something abstract — it is a quiet support I come back to in everyday life.

Who is it for

Reiki may be for you if you are currently feeling :

  • overwhelmed or emotionally drained

  • anxious or holding tension

  • disconnected from yourself

  • fatigued or overstimulated

  • in need of calm, grounding, or clarity

Reiki offers a space to slow down, release tension and gently return to your breath, your presence and a sense of inner steadiness.

What Reiki can support

Most clients describe feeling calmer, lighter, and deeply relaxed after a session.

Some people report experiencing :

  • stress and anxiety relief

  • emotional balance and grounding

  • deeper sleep and improved rest

  • reduced muscle tension

  • clarity, inner comfort, and emotional release

  • increased sense of peace and connection

Reiki does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment — it complements it gently and safely.

Each session begins with a brief check-in about how you’re feeling and what you’d like to receive support with.

Sessions are offered in 30, 60, or 90-minute formats. A 60-minute session is often recommended, as it allows time to settle in, receive, and gently integrate the experience.

You then simply lie down or sit comfortably (fully clothed — even in your pyjamas, if you like).

There is nothing expected from you during the session.

From there, the session unfolds quietly.

You might notice sensations such as warmth, a sense of rest, or simply a moment of calm.

Each experience is different.

Distance sessions are received in the same way, and many people find them even more supportive as they can fully relax in their own space.

All sessions are offered remotely, within a space I hold with care and presence.

They can be received live (via Zoom) or as a personalized recorded Reiki experience, depending on what feels most aligned for you.

If you prefer to receive it in your own time, within your own space, you can simply mention it in the comments when booking.

The recorded experience is created specifically for you, with the same intention and presence as a live session.

This is not a generic recording, but a session created for you.

If this feels like the right moment for you, you can book a session below.

Not sure which format to choose?
30-minute sessions are suited for occasional support or a moment to reconnect with yourself,
60-minute sessions offer more space to explore what is present and receive deeper support,
and 90-minute sessions allow you to fully slow down, settle in, and integrate the experience at your own pace.

Curious to try?

Reiki is best understood through experience.

If you feel drawn to more calm, gentleness, or reconnection with yourself, you are warmly invited to book a Reiki session.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to “believe” in it for it to work?

No. A session can be received whether or not you have prior experience, belief or specific expectations.

What do I need for a distance session?

A quiet, comfortable space, cozy clothes (pyjamas welcome), a glass of water, and maybe a notebook to jot down impressions after.

What happens during a session?

You simply get comfortable while the session unfolds quietly. There is nothing to do or follow — each experience is different.

Can Reiki be received remotely?

Yes, Reiki can be received at a distance. Many people find it even easier to relax in their own space.

What if I don’t feel anything?

Each experience is different. Sensations may be clear, more subtle, or not particularly noticeable — all experiences are equally valid.
